Our booking system offers two payment options. Online card payment through Paypal or credit/debt card/bank transfer,  to hold your booking Full payment will be due 2days  before check-in to confirm your booking, otherwise your booking may be cancelled.

For a confirmed booking,in additionto full payment, a refundable damage deposit of £100/- is also required.

We operate a ''self check-in'' system.  No meet and Greet system exists. All instructions to collect keys to your room, will be sent to you via text/ email or WhatsApp on the scheduled check-in day.  Please do provide your latest phone number/ email address.

Guests can use Kitchen to cook/ 'heat and eat' meals anytime of the day.  Please do clean the kitchen after use.

We are sorry that the Warwick Guest House does not have facilities to accommodate children (under the age of 16yrs) and pets. Also does not have disabled access.  As our guest house is a georgian building, guest with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs. Speak to us before booking please.
